The Denver Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce is a statewide, equal-opportunity chamber comprised of GLBT and GLBT-supportive business owners and professionals. The DGLC membership is the heart of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgendered local business community, where networking and relationships lead to business growth.
The Denver Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce consists of business owners and professionals who are energetic, positive and impactful when it comes to working together to improve the local business community and our individual businesses. The DGLCC welcomes diversity and offers programs to vastly support every member in business and personal growth.
The Denver Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce offers members a vast choice of opportunities to advance their businesses to each other and to the local community. The bi-monthly Business to Business and Business to Consumer Leads Groups, the monthly Breakfast, the quarterly Lunch and the monthly Business After-Hours make up the back bone of the events available with a DGLCC membership.
Membership in the Denver Gay Lesbian Chamber of Commerce truly does have its privileges. From the standard Business Membership to Platinum Sponsor, members participate in and connect to the pulse of the Colorado LGBT and local business communities. Membership increases credibility, publicity, exposure, networking, professional development and referrals while offering member discounts, government advocacy, marketing prominence, information and visibility.
The DGLCC mission is simple:
Promote – Members quickly learn that in the Chamber’s eyes, the word “promote” takes on many forms. DGLCC promotes an environment in which to thrive as business owners. The Chamber promotes members and provides members with opportunities to promote their business products and business services.
Advance – The Chamber considers forward movement in the community to be paramount to our collective success. To drive the advancement of members, DGLCC provides opportunities to learn about business, to develop personally and to be knowledgeable about key issues critical to our community.
Connect – DGLCC is a place to gather. The Chamber encourages networking and business cultivation through our many events, B2B/B2C leads groups, monthly breakfast series, quarterly luncheons, Chamber 101 and the Ambassador program. New Members may choose to pair up with senior members who help them explore and learn the value of membership.
Members of the DGLCC have opportunities to meet, network and learn from one another at least once each week. Traveling to locations around the community for small to large group gatherings, member visibility is expanded and neighborhood awareness increased. Business, economic and personal educational presentations are part of most events and are available to all members. Members volunteer for committees or participate in the Board of Directors or just attend the DGLCC events and become directly involved in the momentum of local business transactions. At the Platinum, Gold and Silver Corporate Sponsorship levels, the opportunities at the DGLCC increase with major event recognition, collateral acknowledgement and newsletter advertising.

The opportunity to be a key player in the local business community. The more active you are, the more visible you are.
When I first moved to Denver several years ago, one of the first searches I did was to find a Chamber to call home and start my business.
The DGLCC (Denver Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce) stood out among all the other Chambers in Denver. They were kind and informative, and they treated me like “family” from the start. I’ve seen tremendous growth in the organization, as well as a positive impact to the Denver community at large.
